At Vetements Doux, we understand that even the most delicate selections may sometimes require adjustment. Just as we pay meticulous attention to every detail in our FEMME PREMIUM and INTIMITE collections, we’ve designed our shipping and returns policy with the same dedication to comfort and elegance.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

• Standard Shipping (€12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We treat every return with the same discretion and elegance we reserve for our INTIMITE DE LA NUIT creations. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority.

Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Final sale or promotional items cannot be returned (except for manufacturing defects)

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

1. Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
   • Subject line: « Return Request – Order #[your order number] »
   • Details of items to return (name, size, color, quantity)
   • Reason for return
   • For exchanges: specify the new item desired (name, size, color)
   • Your full name, email address, and phone number
2. Our team will send a confirmation and prepaid return label (for metropolitan France) within 48 hours
3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
4. Drop off the package at a DHL/FedEx pickup point or post office as instructed

Refunds

Your refund will be processed with the same attention we give to our PREMIUM finishes:

• Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Return Shipping: Initial return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Exchanges

For exchanges:

• Follow the same process as for returns, specifying the desired exchange item
• If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount (additional charge or partial refund)
• We cover shipping costs for exchange items shipped within metropolitan France

International Returns

For our international customers outside the EU:

• International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Please indicate « RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE » on the shipping documents
• We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
